Two injured after personal watercraft collide | News

Caladesi Island, Florida --Officials say a man and a child were hurt when their personal watercraft collided near the Carlouel Yacht Club on Friday morning.

The City of Clearwater says the injured are a 10-year-old boy and a 43-year-old man.  Their names have not been released.

Clearwater Fire Rescue responded to the accident scene, and brought the injured to shore. They were both taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is leading the investigation into the accident.
