High school director arrested for lewd and lascivious exhibition | News

Saint Petersburg, Florida -- Clearwater Central Catholic High School's director of student activities, Geoffrey Kledzik, was arrested and charged with felony lewd and lascivious exhibition on Sunday, April 15.

According to the arrest affidavit, Kledzik, 43, was found masturbating in his car on Gandy Beach at around 3:20 in the afternoon.

He was, "in the presence of several witnesses, where children were present but did not see the incident."

According to the Saint Petersburg Diocese spokesman, Kledzik has been placed on un-paid administrative leave, and this was the first disciplinary action against him in the five years of his employment there.

He was released early Monday morning on a $10,000 bond.
