Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week begins May 12th

Clearwater Beach, Florida - A week-long celebration of cuisine served up by the beach's best restaurants will be held May 12th-18th.

Now in its fourth year, the Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week begins two days early, with a kick-off event Friday, May 10th, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. right on the beach, a concert by Nick Colionne and fireworks at dusk.

Tampa Bay, Florida -- Celebrate Tampa Bay beer culture at Tampa Bay Beer Week March 2-9.

Event organizers have planned a week-long celebration showcasing the area as an emerging and vibrant craft and specialty beer destination -- and you don't want to miss out.

A number of businesses, breweries, restaurants and so on will be hosting events each day in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Beach Restaurant Week adds side of Jazz

Clearwater Beach, Florida -- The 4th Annual Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week is adding something new to the menu this year - Jazz.

Contemporary Jazz artist Nick Colionne will perform at the kick-off for the homage to food on May 10.

"My goal with the Restaurant Week Kick-Off Party this year is to maximize the art of dining by infusing the sounds of a talented jazz artist," said event chair Fran Bartlett.

Chick-fil-A, Children's Cancer Center collect "Fuel for Families"

Tampa, FL-- There are 38 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Bay area, and each and every one of them are working alongside the Children's Cancer Center to provide "Fuel for Families" this November.

The “Fuel for Families” challenge will collect grocery and gas gift cards for families who struggle financially to get their children to critical medical visits, and to provide them with healthy meals while undergoing treatment, explains a release about the initiative.
